A Merry Christmas to everyone!! As the year comes closer to an end I thought it was time for a small overhaul for my site. The link section has disappeared, and my projects page has been updated. Let's hope this is a small step to more updates.

Good news and bad news! The good news is that since a few weeks my first comic book about Hellene was finished and a few hardcopies have been printed. The bad news is that after the books were printed I still discovered a few mistakes in the drawings and texts. Aaaarrrgh!!!!!!
Anyway, I'm reworking the pages and in the mean while also got some inspiration to draw a few additional pages. So in the end it wasn`t bad. And when the book is released it will contain more pages than before. To give you an idea, you can check out a few pages more on Hellene's own page.

The back cover of my comic Hellene - Devilgirl from Hell has been added to the Gallery. My comic? Yes, you read that right! Hellene has actually been printed on paper in her very first issue! More news will follow in the next couple of days...

Whoa, 3 months since the last update! What can I say, been very busy with other stuff (which fortunately is also cool). I do manage to squeeze in some time to draw up some stuff.
One of the latest things is another hot Devil Girl, complete with cigarette and piercings.

It`s been a while since my last update, but I`ve been really busy with my new hobby (i.e. learning to play a guitar) and also lack the inspiration currently to draw something new or exciting. I however did manage to ink and color a picture I drew a few months back, and it has been added to the gallery. It`s the smoking Goth Girl.

I`ve finally gotten around to color the first page of my comic about Satan`s Fall. I removed the colored versions for pages 2 & 3 because I`m not satisfied with the coloring job. I`ll redo them when I have some time for it (and when my PS skills have developed a bit further) In the mean while you can enjoy the colored version of page 1.

Seem to be on a roll this week, because this time two drawings have been added (in one day!). Actually I cheated a bit with one of them, because the first drawing is a colored sketch of Satan, for which I posted the pencil sketch on 2 October. The other drawing, a cute cowgirl, is an entirely new sketch. Bot can be found in the gallery.

The majority of my blog seems to be working. I still need to figure out the Archives function, because at this point it isn`t working. But then again, there is nothing in it, so it doens`t matter if it`s working or not. But as you can see from my menu, I`ve added it to my site.
The consequence of my newly blog is that I had to remove my Review section, because in my blog essentially the same content will be posted. But this way hopefully with more content, more frequent updates and of course with more pictures.

Man, we`re half way through November and still no decent update since October! Well to ease the lack of updates I`ve added a preview thumb of a colored page from my comic story about Satan, you see it in the comic section.

I finally received my Rock & Rule DVD. I had ordered it at CD-Wow at first, but they managed to send me the wrong version...twice (!!). Needless to say, I will never order from those fuckers again. But the correct version has finally arrived (thanks to DVDpacific) and you can read my review about the 2-disc Collector`s Edition here.

It`s been a while since my last decent update, but I`ve been real busy with my daily job. And as that actually pays my bills, I have to set some priorities.
But I`ve been able to post two more sketches of my comic The Four Horsemen.
One is for the character Death and one is from another character who will play an important part in the story, namely Forlaine. All I can say at the moment is that he is a wizard.

As you can see, the menu structure has changed a bit. Gone is the link to the news/update page (i.e. the page your viewing now), and in is my new Shop!
The update page is still accessable via the homepage, just click on 'Last Update' and you will be taken here.
The Shop is a new section where some limited products will be offered. At the moment only t-shirts, but who knows what will be offered in the future. Enjoy!
BTW I`ll also update the right bar on the homepage where there`s a short description of the various pages, just don`t have much time now.

Another cutie has been added to the growing Gallery of Devil Chicks. This one` s a bit different as it is one half of Hellene & mr. Satan, the new comic book project I`m working on. And for those who are wondering which one it is, it`s Hellene. A more alternative version of Hellene has been present on the homepage some weeks now. Mr. Satan will also make his debut on this site in the near future.

I`ve been quite busy producing some artwork and learning PHP (which I still don`t know how to use. Crappy computer languages!) But I`ve been able to read a few interesting books. For one of them you read a review about it on the Review page.

Finally got the chance and time to watch Happy Tree Friends on dvd yesterday. Prior to actually seeing what HFT was about, I had seen some art work and merchandise from it, and it looked good. Judging by the age rating (16+ in the Netherlands) I kinda guessed what it would be about.
All I can say, is that I wasn`t disappointed when I finally saw the episodes. You can read my review (and recommendation) here.

To add more content to this site, I`ve created another section, namely Reviews. As you can see it also has it`s own button now in the menu. Here I`ll be posting reviews about stuff I`ve seen, or read. And sometimes when something odd, exciting, fantastic, unique, or anything else worth mentioning, happens I`ll also post that and give my opinion about it. Finally added some sketches to the Four Horsemen page. They`re some preliminary designs for the character War. As can be seen from the signature (© 1999...need I say more), they`re quite old. And I even have sketches of the Horsemen from before 1999, so that`s how long I`ve been playing with the idea of a Four Horsemen story. Thank god I`m not on a deadline, or else I surely would have been fired ;) Enjoy the pictures.

Well as you can see the site has been through a little redesign. Most noticeably the layout of the Gallery page and the Comic page are drastically changed as I wasn`t fully satisfied with the previous design.
Also another menu button has been added, the News page, which you are seeing and reading at the moment. Of course a full update history can also be found here. But I`m working on adding more content on the News page, just give me some time.
Now for the changes. As I said, for the Gallery and Comic pages the layout has changed. You can view them here for the Gallery and here for the Comic page.
A few pictures, which I wasn`t satistied with, have been removed. But I`ve also added a few new pics. For a direct link to the new pictures:
