Topless Hot Cartoon Girl

Based on the sketch I originally drew this illustration features a hot looking blue haired topless toon girl.

Short haired girls especially with blue or green eyes are vey cool. Perhaps for my next drawing I'll make one without her panties.

The cartoon girl was inked using a felt tipped pen and then colored in Photoshop.
