I hate UaV Corporation because they released a crappy 1-disc DVD from one of the coolest 80s toons, while lots of people (including me of course) wanted a complete box set. Fortunately Shout! Factory does know what people want, and last year Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors was finally released as a proper boxset.
The 2002 He-man revamped series didn’t last long. In total 39 episodes were made before it was axed. Not because the cartoon was bad, but simply because it didn’t make enough money for Mattel. Fortunately all episodes are released on DVD.
I don’t worship Satan, but I do love to draw demonic images. Drawing Satan is one of my favorite drawing subjects, and also merchandise featuring the Evil One has my attention. A while back I managed to pick up this cool looking toy featuring the character Darkness from the movie Legend, who’s looks are more than obviously inspired by Satan himself.
Last year November the first Superman animated movie, Doomsday, was re-released as a Special Edition. Just before the news was announced that a new SE would be released, I managed to pick up the original version with the lenticular cover.
Found some time to clean up a sketch I had made a while back and properly color it in. I experimented a little with colored inkt lines instead of traditional black which I normally use. I'm not 100% satisfied with the result yet, but it means I just got to keep practising :)
