DC Entertainment's latest direct-to-DVD animated movie features the Justice League in their second animated movie, namely Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths.
Again it's a stand alone feature with no link to the original animated series or the first movie, The New Frontier.
The DC animated movies seem to be a hit and miss with some movies good and others not so good. Does Crisis on Two Earths belong in the better half, or is it a miss?
As a kid I was a big fan of the A-team, and I still can't resist the charm of the classic TV series. Later this year a LE complete DVD box will be released and the packaging already looks really cool, namely in the shape of BA's famous black van!

When it comes to releasing animated movies based on their superhero catalog DC Universe has established quite a name. One of their recent direct-to-DVD movies is for the Green Lantern. The Green Lantern is one of the bigger names in the DC universe but hasn't received a dedicated animated series or movie yet.
TVShowsOnDVD posts additional info in regards to the new re-release of the 80s cartoon G.I. Joe along with images of the packaging of part one of the first season. Also, this year a complete box will also be released for G.I. Joe. Release date will be 23rd of July at the Comic Con in San Diego.
When Rhino lost the licence to various Hasbro cartoons it was the end of Transformers and G.I. Joe on DVD. But this year Shout! Factory will take over the distribution and the Transformers as well as G.I. Joe will both see a new release on DVD this this summer. No doubt this will have something to do with the live action movies coming out this summer for both of the franchises.
