Director for Thundercats
Variety reports that Jerry O'Flaherty will direct the upcoming CGI Thundercats movie from WB. I don't know the guy, and apparently this will be his first movie so can't really comment on that. But the Thundercats as a CGI movie really doesn't have my vote.two comments:

Personally I’m looking forward to it, I’ve always liked the cartoon.

I’m also a big fan of the cartoon, I’m just not a big fan of CG toons. I would’ve liked to seen a live action version, or perhaps even a traditionally animated version. But at this point I’m very skeptical about the outcome when it does get made as a CGI flick.
